The vast expanse of life sciences belongs not only to the laboratory but also to those scientists and doctors daring enough to propel their research into the marketplace. If you have a biomedical startup idea but are unsure how to validate it, bring it to life, or connect with capital and industry—this program is designed for you.

Part 01 项目简介 Introduction

《精益创业启航营》是由湾有引力与香港大学青年科创学院和香港大学科创中心联合发起的生命科学领域科学家创业赋能项目。我们以 “精益创业” 为核心方法，致力于推动粤港澳大湾区及更广范围的科研人才，实现从实验室到市场的跨越。项目借鉴国际领先的I-Corps at NIH模式，打造定制化、实战化的创业训练体系，帮助科学家系统验证创业假设、链接产业资源、降低创业风险。

The MedTech Hackathon GBA2026 is an entrepreneurship empowerment initiative co-founded by Bay Charm, the University of Hong Kong Techno Entrepreneur Center (TEC) and the Techo-Entrepreneurship Academy(TEA). Targeting scientists in the life sciences sector, the program adopts "Lean Launcher" as its core methodology. It is dedicated to empowering research talents from the Greater Bay Area and beyond to make the leap from the laboratory to the market.

Drawing inspiration from the internationally acclaimed I-Corps at NIH model, the program builds a customized, hands-on entrepreneurial training system. It aims to help scientists systematically validate their startup hypotheses, connect with industry resources, and mitigate entrepreneurial risks.

Visit leading enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta and Greater Bay Area to connect with frontline industrial resources

02 顶尖导师，1对1陪跑 Top Mentors, 1-on-1 Guidance 配备拥有成功创业经验的行业导师，提供一对一深度辅导

Be paired with industry mentors who have successful startup experience for in-depth one-on-one coaching. (Available for selected projects)

03 直面资本，实战验证 Direct Access to Capital, Practical Validation 通过筛选的团队将在亚洲医疗健康高峰论坛（ASGH）展示项目，并直接进入后续Lean Launcher培训体系

Selected projects can be showcased at the Asia Summit on Global Health (ASGH) to connect directly with investors and gain direct entry into the high-value Lean Launcher training.

湾有引力（Bay Charm，光明生物医药创新中心）是深圳湾实验室与光明区政府联合成立的生物医药企业孵化器。

湾有引力以创造深圳源头创新标杆项目展示地和生物医药资源聚集地为目的，以全力扶持科学家与医生创新创业为导向，以提供一站式加速体验为特色，聚焦以细胞与基因治疗、AI制药和高端医疗影像为主的生物医药与医疗器械类源头创新型项目发掘。湾有引力拥有10000平方米场地，包含精装修、附带办公室及实验室家具的独立孵化单元24个、专业生物医药共享仪器设备平台6个以及符合药品生产管理规范GMP级别细胞实验室1个。

湾有引力联动深圳湾实验室与深圳医学科学院的科研资源，为创业科学家提供“拎包入驻”的无忧创业的孵化平台，并配套临床资源链接、基金资本对接和产业资源链接等深度赋能服务，致力于成为世界一流的一站式生物医药加速平台。
