*如您为往届吴瑞奖获奖者，请在转账时备注所获奖的届次，以供审核。

If you are a former recipient of the Ray Wu Award, please kindly include the edition of your award in the transfer note for verification purposes.

*如您是学生，请上传有效证件以供审核。

Please upload valid documents for review if you are a student.

2. 请于2025年10月29日前完成报名与缴费；现场报名仅提供电子版会议手册。

Please complete the registration and payment before October 29, 2025. Attendees registering on-site will be provided with only the electronic program.

3. 注册费电子发票将于会后15个工作日内发送至注册邮箱。

The electronic invoice for the registration fee will be sent to the registered email address within 15 working days after the symposium.

退款政策 Refund Policy

1. 所有退款申请将收取2%的手续费。

A 2% administrative fee will be charged for all refund transactions.

2. 2025年10月31日18:00（北京时间）后提交的退款申请将不予受理。

Refund requests submitted after 18:00 (GMT+8) on October 31, 2025 will not be processed.

06 墙报环节 / POSTER SESSION

本次会议设有墙报展示环节，我们诚邀您投稿并参与墙报展示（特别鼓励展示最新研究进展或未发表课题）。会议将根据研究成果的原创性、重要性及演讲（展示）效果，评选出优秀海报奖若干名。

This conference will feature poster presentation sessions, with awards for outstanding posters. We sincerely invite you to submit your topics and participate in the poster presentation (encouraging the display of the latest research advancements or unpublished research topics).

参与方式：注册时上传墙报信息。

How to participate:Upload poster information to the registration website.

墙报要求：如参加墙报环节，请自行打印并携带至会议现场。工作人员将在指定位置张贴。

Poster requirements:If you will present a poster, please print it yourself and bring it to the conference venue. The staff will post it in the designated area.
