研究领域
我们致力于研究细胞在分裂,黏附和迁移中的行为及其分子机制,尤其关注细胞在增殖和癌变过程中所伴随的细胞黏附/迁移结构的巨大变化。实验室综合运用最前沿的显微技术,多组学和基因编辑技术,探索这些分子机制在三维环境和疾病进程中的生物学意义。
成果
陈南鹏博士2016年于海德堡大学以最高荣誉(Summa cum laude)获得博士学位,其后加入马克斯普朗克生物化学研究所的Reinhard Fässler实验室进行博士后研究,拥有十年以上在细胞周期,细胞黏附领域的研究经验。近年来研究成果发表在Nature Cell Biology, PNAS, Science Advances, Journal of Cell Biology,EMBO reports 等权威期刊上。曾获得马普生化所Junior Scientist Publication Award,德国基质生物学协会Young Investigator Award,中国优秀自费留学生奖学金等荣誉。
