成果


张喆博士专注于心血管领域基础与转化研究,利用人诱导多能干细胞(hiPSCs)和基因编辑技术围绕心血管领域中挑战性难题开展工作。首次构建双色荧光心脏谱系示踪工具并分离人源心脏谱系,发现细胞表面蛋白CORIN及进行精准药物检测。该示踪工具已提供给多个国际科研机构。首次利用病人特异性hiPSCs 验证不确定意义变体致病性,为hiPSCs应用于精准医学奠定坚实基础。以第一或共同第一作者在Cell Stem Cell和 Circulation等顶级期刊发表文章7篇,共计21篇。荣获美国心脏协会Mentorship Program Award、国际心脏研究会欧洲分会Best Poster Prize、日本科学促进会HOPE Fellow和美国TRDRP博士后基金等。
