研究成果

1. 建立了早老症(HGPS)病人血管平滑肌细胞的体外诱导分化系统。

2. 首次阐明了早老症病人血管平滑肌细胞死亡的分子机制,为早衰症治疗提供了新思路。

3. 首次阐明了动物细胞染色质在有丝分裂之后子细胞当中的重塑过程,解析了染色质结构蛋白CTCF以及cohesin环复合体在有丝分裂后与染色质重新结合的动力学特征。为环挤压模型(loop extrusion model)在有丝分裂后染色质三维结构的重塑的调控作用提供了有力证据。

4. 阐释了有丝分裂后染色质结构重塑与基因转录重启之间的关系。

5. 阐明了染色质结构蛋白CTCF在有丝分裂后染色质结构重塑中的作用。

成果发表论文十余篇,并以第一作者身份在Nature, PNAS, Aging Cell等杂志发表文章。并以共同作者身份在Nature Genetics, Genome Research, Cell Reports, Scientific Reports等杂志发表文章。
