离子、磷脂的跨膜转运。课题组运用多种分子学方法,结合电生理、光学成像等技术手段,研究离子通道与磷脂翻转酶在生理与病理中的功能,为治疗发育异常、凝血功能障碍、病毒感染等相关疾病提供治疗方法。
1. 理解TMEM16钙调离子通道与钙调磷脂翻转酶的生理功能
a) 发现新型钙调氯离子通道在运动学习中的功能; b) 发现调控细胞融合的新机制; c) 揭示生理与病理条件下钙信号的调控。
2. 发展用于理解离子、磷脂转运体的生理、病理功能的新技术、新方法
a) 发展用于神经-胶质-血管在体三维可视化的光学新方法;b) 发明用于模式动物脑功能的无损监测技术
发表论文18篇,其中以第一作者在Neuron, Science Advances, eLife, IEEE Transactions on Medical imaging等期刊发表论文8篇,在Cancer Discovery, PNAS, Nature Communications, Journal of Biological Chemistry等期刊合作发表论文10篇。授权发明专利四项。
