研究领域

计算生物和疾病基因组学课题组主要通过运用和开发新的计算学方法,整合多种高通量组学大数据来解析人类复杂疾病和性状的遗传和表观遗传的调控机理,以期识别潜在的可运用于临床实践的分子标记及治疗靶点。


成果

首次开发创新计算生物学方法从公共组学大数据中发现基于选择性多聚腺苷酸化的分子表型并揭示了与复杂疾病的关系. 另外发现一类全新肿瘤特异性泛素连接酶可以在不同肿瘤类型驱使基因的广泛3'UTR缩短, 从而影响在肿瘤发生过程中的致癌机理。开发算法软件和数据库8个。在 Nature Genetics、Molecular Cell、STAR Protocols 、Nucleic Acids Research 等国际高水平期刊共发表研究论文约40余篇,被他引>1600 余次,H 指数 21。成果多次被 Nature Reviews Cancer,Trends in Genetics,Molecular Cell,F1000 等撰文推荐或封面报道。现任Nature Communications,Molecular Psychiatry,Nucleic Acids Research,Genome Research 等国际期刊的审稿人,受邀在多个国内外会议包括美国人类遗传学年会作学术报告并指导多位博士研究生。
